Your Alice is trained to say "I don't have that information — let me connect you" when she's unsure. She never guesses. On the rare occasion she does answer incorrectly, I see it in her logs and fix it within a day. You get a note: "I caught this, here's what I adjusted."

Is my customer data private?

Yes. Conversations are encrypted in transit and at rest. We never share or sell data. Your Alice's knowledge is isolated — nothing about your business bleeds into another customer's Alice. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
